CANCELLING OR CHANGING THE CONTRACT
Cancellations in the case of a custom-made product:
In principle, we also try to implement change requests after you have placed your order, if you wish. General changes such as changing the wig are possible at any time without any problems. Depending on the circumstances, we may accept requests to amend your order. So please contact us directly.
We check the feasibility of a cancellation or a change request in each individual case. Factors such as the manufacturing phase at which you are submitting the application. If we agree to a cancellation/amendment, we may be able to issue a refund using a voucher or request a special payment if your order is upgraded. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to accommodate all requests, but we do our best to help. Requests to cancel your order can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that consumers generally have a 14 day statutory right to a “cooling off” period, but do not have this
applies to individual products.
We highly recommend taking photos and videos of the outside of the box upon arrival and before opening, especially if you find any damage to your doll’s packaging. Proof of damage will be requested when filing a claim or damage report. In this case, too, please contact us directly via email.
Please note that all of our products are made by hand and minor defects such as casting residues or friction marks from shipping do not count as damage. If your doll has minor defects, this will not be considered a breach of contract.
